* We rent our cabins and family house on either a weekly or partial-week basis. Our weekly rates require a stay from Saturday to Saturday. Our partial-week rates require a minimum 3-day stay that must either begin or end on a Saturday.

Extra person rates: $50/week or $15/day
Each cabin rental includes 1 free boat dock/parking space whether using a resort boat or your personal boat. Any extra boat dock/parking spaces needed above the 1 free one will result in applicable extra boat dock/parking fees being charged.
A family house rental includes 2 free boat dock/parking spaces whether using resort boats, personal boats, or one of each. Any extra boat dock/parking spaces needed above the 2 free ones will result in applicable boat dock/parking fees being charged.
A deposit is required within 10 days of making a reservation. See "Reservation/Deposit Policy" below for further details.

We have 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a paddleboat available for your use free of charge during your stay with us.
Resort Policies
General Resort Policy: Rising Eagle Resort provides a family-friendly environment; therefore, any loud, disruptive, or offensive behavior and/or language will not be tolerated at any time. Rising Eagle Resort reserves the right to modify any and all information on our website without notice as well as to correct any inaccuracy at any time. A completed cabin rental agreement with balance due upon arrival is required.
Reservation Policy: We rent our cabins and family house on either a weekly or partial-week basis. Our weekly rates require a stay from Saturday to Saturday. Our partial-week rates require a minimum 3-day stay that must either begin or end on a Saturday.
Deposit Policy: We hold our renters’ reservations exclusively and thus a deposit is required.
For single cabin/family house reservations (whether partial week or up to 2 weeks long), $175/week is required. For multiple cabin/family house reservations OR for cabin/family house reservations longer than 2 weeks, 50% of reservation balance is required.
For single campsite reservations (whether partial week or up to 2 weeks long), $25/week is required. For multiple campsite reservations OR for campsite reservations longer than 2 weeks, 50% of reservation balance is required.
NOTE: All deposits are due within 10 days of making a reservation. Should your deposit not be received within these 10 days, we are no longer obligated to continue holding your reservation and are free to re-book your cabin/family house/campsite immediately without notice.
Deposit amount will be deducted from total bill upon arrival. The balance of your reservation is required upon your arrival along with a signed rental agreement.
Cancellation / No Show Policy: Please be aware that you are financially responsible for all reservations made with us, including no shows. Should you have to cancel, please notify us immediately. Cancellations will generally result in forfeiture of deposit; however, we still reserve the right to bill you for your entire remaining balance.
Early Arrival Policy: Early arrivals must be pre-approved and may be billed for a half-day stay.
Late Arrivals and Early Departures: No credits or refunds are given.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins, family house, the lodge, or the fish cleaning house. Please use receptacles provided to help keep the grounds clean.
Dogs: One well-mannered dog is welcome per cabin, family house, campsite so long as it is kept on a leash and cleaned up after at all times. Pet charges are $50/week or $15/day for cabin & family house renters and $25/week or $5/day for campers.
Minnesota DNR Regulations: We strongly encourage our guests to be aware of and follow these regulations for boating, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
**Possible eviction without refund may be applied to guests who fail to abide by these policies.
